Rabbi Levi Naparstek was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. He pursued his studies in New York, France, Israel, and Canada, and received his Rabbinical Ordination from the Central Chabad Yeshiva at the headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement.
Rabbi Naparstek has served as a Chabad outreach emissary in England, Poland, Romania, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. He spent over four years leading services, educational seminars, and community programs at Chabad centers throughout the United States and Canada. He also taught Judaic Studies to high school students in Toronto for two years, and served for two years as principal of the Released Time Program, a division of the National Committee for the Furtherance of Jewish Education (NCFJE) in Brooklyn, NY.
